Shipping
Shipping Costs - Shipping is calculated by weight- ‘cause that’s how USPS does it! If your items weigh less than ONE POUND (1 lb), the shipping is $3.95. If your items weigh more than one pound it’s $7.95. We’re trying to keep the pricing low for small stationery items.
OK that said, orders over $150 ship for free!
Processing time - We ship out orders once a week (Fridays!), if you get your order in by Wednesday at noon. All orders will be shipped USPS so expect 5-7 days for domestic shipping.
Tracking - Tracking numbers will be provided for all orders. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via the email address provided at check out.
Incorrect Address - Please let us know ASAP if an incorrect address was used at checkout. Once your order is shipped, we are unable to change the address.
Pre-order items - Your entire order will ship out when your pre-order item arrives here for us to pack. Please see pre-order schedule on the individual items at checkout. We can not split orders.
International Shipping
Sorry guys, we aren’t doing international shipping and orders at the moment. Stay tuned for updates on when this changes!
We’re donating the markup to charity this fall!
The OrangeYouGlad shop is a special project set up to put some nifty stuff out into the world, but also as a new way to support our previous efforts at Will Draw For Good (we decided to take a year off the draw-a-thon and try something different)! All net profits from November and December 2022 will be donated to our local non-profit Red Hook Art Project (RHAP).
Returns & Exchanges
We’re a small little studio working hard 9-5 on at our day jobs. :) Unfortunately, this means we simply aren’t able to accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order - please reach out to hello@orangeyouglad.com.
